we tried the pancakes tonight... all went well. I showed my son (he's 8) the recipe and asked him to follow it, weigh out the ingredients, etc. It was great as there was not too much reading for him and he really got stuck in. He usually loses interest in cooking fairly swiftly, but he saw this through to the end with no complaints. ... they went down well in our house, with everyone wanting MORE! Thank you!
